Start of training – Baden Board welcomes 10 new talents!

The fact that Baden Board GmbH, with its two divisions of Karton and Packaging, is one of the most diverse training companies in the Murgtal valley was impressively demonstrated by the company’s employees at the training fair in Gernsbach. The Baden Board stand was voted second among all suppliers by visitors to the trade fair, directly after Daimler. More than 300 employees work together at Baden Board on the development and manufacture of environmentally friendly packaging solutions. In 2019, 10 new talents will be trained in 6 training occupations and a dual course of study in the areas of cardboard and packaging production.

Baden Board welcomed 10 new talents at this year’s start of training on September 2, 2019. At the beginning of the introductory day, the prospective trainees were warmly welcomed by their future trainers and apprentice colleagues in the company. After a relaxed introduction round, the newcomers were allowed to have a look at the company at their leisure and were then handed over to the relevant departments. For an initial orientation in the new environment, the talents will pass through various stations in the coming weeks. The training plan for the selected training occupations then takes effect. Stefan Böll, Managing Director and CFO, underlines the great importance of training at Baden Board: „Part of our comprehensive sustainability concept is that we offer young people the opportunity to develop into competent and responsible employees in their training professions. It is essential for us to give young people the space and time to grow and mature in their personalities, in order to participate self-confidently and reflected in the company, but also in our society. We wish all trainees and dual students an exciting training period in our company and a good start into this new phase of their lives.“
